WLM9：界面改换，功能增强

GOOGLE和百度都有快照，它们的快照效果只相当于IE5.5下显示的效果。为什么会这样呢？
因为从IE6开始使用!DOCTYPE标签来识别网页采用的DTD标准。如果没有!DOCTYPE标签行，或者它不是出现在页面最前端，IE会用它自己默认的一套方式显示网页，相当于IE5.5一样。
